Imer Silent 300 Prestige Spray & Grout Pump is a diesel‑powered, towable screw‑and‑stator pump with a built‑in high‑shear mixer and onboard air compressor, engineered to mix, pump, and spray a wide range of mortars, grouts, stuccos, fireproofing, self‑leveling underlayments, epoxies, and repair mortars. With a 24 HP three‑cylinder diesel, up to 15 gallons per minute material flow, 150 ft pumping distance, and 14 CFM compressor, the Silent 300 Prestige functions as an all‑in‑one spray and grout pump for demanding commercial and industrial jobs.

Overview: Imer Silent 300 Prestige Spray & Grout Pump

The Imer Silent 300 Prestige Spray & Grout Pump is described as “a compact yet powerful machine for pumping or spraying of mortars, grouts, block‑fill, stuccos, fire‑proofing” that “delivers like no other.” It combines three main components in a single towable unit:

  • High‑shear horizontal shaft mortar mixer (6.3 cu ft capacity).

  • Screw and stator (progressive cavity) grout pump.

  • On‑board air compressor for spray applications.

A quietized 3‑cylinder, liquid‑cooled industrial diesel engine powers the hydraulic mixer, hydraulic pump drive, and the compressor, so you can mix and pump at the same time from one machine. The Silent 300 is designed to operate under a silo or alongside bag‑feeding stations, making it ideal for high‑volume jobs where continuous production is needed.

Power, Mixer, and Pump Performance

The heart of the Imer Silent 300 Prestige Spray & Grout Pump is its diesel powertrain and hydraulic mixer‑pump system. IMER USA and major distributors list the following core specs:

  • Engine:

    • 3‑cylinder liquid‑cooled industrial diesel (Lombardini / Yanmar, depending on version)

    • Rated power: approx. 20–24 HP (24 HP per IMER USA “Prestige 300” spec).

  • Mixer:

    • Type: High‑shear horizontal shaft hydraulic mixer.

    • Mixer capacity: 6.3 cu ft (approx. 180 L).

    • Rapid‑mix design for repeated batches of cementitious materials.

  • Hopper and pump:

    • Hopper capacity: 7 cu ft (about 53 gallons) feeding the pump.

    • Pump type: Variable‑speed screw pump (progressive cavity / rotor‑stator).

    • Standard stator: 2L6 adjustable stator; optional IM25L and 60.12 stator configurations.

  • Flow and pressure (depending on stator/rotor):

    • Material flow rate: 0–15 gallons per minute (0–57 L/min) per Contractors Direct.

    • Variable flow rate 2L6 stator: approx. 3 cu ft/hr.

    • Variable flow rate IM25L: approx. 4 cu yd/hr with aggregates up to 3/8 in.

    • Variable flow rate 60.12 stator: up to 12 cu ft/hr when flow is the priority.

    • Max pressure with 2L6: approx. 580 psi.

These specs allow the Silent 300 to handle everything from fine finish materials to heavier 3/8" aggregate mixes (using IM25L stator) and high‑volume flow (using 60.12 stator), making it highly versatile.

Pumping, Spraying, and Compressor Capabilities

The Silent 300 is both a pump and a spray unit. Contractors Direct and IMER list its pumping and spray capabilities as:

  • Maximum pumping distance:

    • 150 ft (approx. 46 m) with 1‑1/4" hose.

  • Maximum discharge head:

    • 25 ft vertical lift (approx. 7.6 m).

  • On‑board compressor:

    • Compressor flow rate: 12–14 CFM depending on spec version.

    • Sufficient for spray guns used with plasters, stucco, fireproofing, and finishes.

  • Applications listed by IMER and distributors:

    • Plasters (cement and gypsum‑based).

    • Mortars (structural and repair).

    • Stucco (cement and synthetic based).

    • Fireproofing and soundproofing materials.

    • Paint and finish coatings.

    • Grout for block fill and metal door bucks.

    • Self‑leveling materials and epoxy (when pumpable, aggregate ≤ 1/4" or 3/8" with IM25L).

When spraying, the operator simply “fires the on‑board compressor,” connects the appropriate spray gun and air hose, and uses the Silent 300 as a fully integrated spray rig.

Mix and Pump at the Same Time

One of the most important productivity features of the Imer Silent 300 Prestige Spray & Grout Pump is its ability to mix and pump simultaneously:

  • The hydraulic mixer can produce a 6 cu ft batch of material while the main hopper is supplying the pump with the previous batch.

  • As the pump empties the hopper, the next batch from the mixer is discharged into the hopper, enabling near‑continuous operation when properly sequenced.

This “mix and pump at the same time” design significantly increases daily throughput and reduces crew idle time compared to systems where mixing and pumping are separate steps. It also ensures that material is freshly mixed and consistent as it enters the pump.

Materials, Aggregate Sizes, and Stator Options

The Silent 300 is “designed to use different rotor/stator combinations for pumping a variety of materials – including up to 3/8 in aggregate.”

IMER and StoneTooling provide these stator/rotor configurations:

  • 2L6 screw pump (standard):

    • Variable flow rate: approx. 3 cu ft/hr.

    • Max pressure: about 580 psi.

    • Ideal for higher‑pressure, lower‑flow grouts and mortars.

  • IM25L stator:

    • Max pumpable aggregate size: 3/8 in (subject to mix design and cement content).

    • Variable flow rate: approx. 4 cu yd/hr.

    • Suited for larger aggregate mixes and structural grouts.

  • 60.12 stator:

    • Optimized when “flow is the most important aspect of the job.”

    • Variable flow rate: up to 12 cu ft/hr.

This flexibility allows the Silent 300 to be tuned for high‑pressure injection, high‑volume pumping, or handling larger aggregate for structural applications.

Control System, Reliability, and Clean‑Up

The Silent 300 Prestige is built with advanced controls and integrated maintenance features:

  • Military‑spec control panel:

    • Integrates all main functions—engine, mixer, pump, compressor—into one centralized, durable control center.

  • Smart material supply control:

    • IMER notes that the control panel includes “a specially built computer which balances the supply of material with the rate of application,” reducing clogging by matching mixer output to pump demand.

  • Hydraulic drive horizontal mixer:

    • Virtually maintenance‑free hydraulic drive; service primarily involves cleaning, not belt or gear replacement.

  • Built‑in pressure washing system:

    • The Silent 300 “comes with its own pressure washing system,” making clean‑up faster.

    • Operators can wash out the mixer, hopper, hoses, and pump more efficiently at the end of the day.

These features collectively improve reliability, reduce downtime from clogs, and simplify daily cleaning tasks.

Towable Chassis, Setup, and Ergonomics

The Imer Silent 300 Prestige Spray & Grout Pump is configured as a towable trailer pump:

  • Tow package for highway use is standard, including lights and hitch.

  • Drop‑down stability legs simplify setup and leveling on site.

  • Dimensions (Prestige 300 US version): approx. 131.5 in × 55.5 in × 53 in (L × W × H).

  • Hopper load height: 53 in, comfortable for loading with skid steers, telehandlers, or silo discharge.

The compact footprint relative to its capability makes the Silent 300 suitable for tight jobsites where larger boom pumps or shotcrete rigs are impractical, yet high‑volume pumping or spraying is required.

Typical Applications and Ideal Users

The Imer Silent 300 Prestige Spray & Grout Pump is marketed as “a high performance screw and stator pump that does it all.” Typical applications include:

  • Pumping and spraying premixed mortars, cement or gypsum plasters.

  • Spraying stucco (cement and synthetic based) on residential and commercial facades.

  • Fireproofing and soundproofing sprays on structural steel and walls.

  • Grout pumping for block fill, metal door bucks, soil stabilization, and drilling work.

  • Self‑leveling underlayments, epoxies, and repair mortars that fall within the pump’s aggregate and viscosity limits.

Ideal users:

  • Stucco and plaster contractors tackling large façade projects.

  • Fireproofing contractors needing integrated mix‑pump‑spray capability.

  • Commercial flooring contractors handling high‑volume SLU placements.

  • Structural repair and geotechnical contractors using grout for soil stabilization, void fill, and drilling support.
