The GRABO HIGH FLOW is an advanced, electric-powered vacuum lifting tool engineered to revolutionize how professionals handle, move, and install a wide range of materials—including extremely porous and textured surfaces. Developed for construction, landscaping, industrial, and material handling specialists, this innovative device simplifies heavy lifting, boosts safety, improves efficiency, and enables jobs that are often impossible with traditional suction cups or manual handling.

Product Overview

The GRABO HIGH FLOW is part of the next generation of portable vacuum lifters. Unlike conventional manual suction tools, the HIGH FLOW has a battery-powered vacuum engine capable of maintaining strong, consistent suction even on rough, pitted, or very porous surfaces like dry cast pavers, untreated stone, sandstone, rough wood, MDF, and concrete blocks—materials that would quickly break the seal on less powerful tools. The result is faster, safer material handling for everything from heavy pavers and tiles to sheetrock, glass, metal, and oversized slabs.

Core Features

  • High-Performance Vacuum Flow: Delivers up to 53 CFM (1.5 m³/min) of air movement, providing dramatically better performance on porous materials than previous Grabo models (which manage only 20 L/min).

  • Smart CUT Foam Seal: A specially engineered, open-cell foam gasket adapts to highly irregular or coarse surfaces, providing a reliable vacuum grip that can handle textured, non-smooth, or semi-porous workpieces like drycast pavers and concrete.

  • Interchangeable Suction Plates: Ships with a 300mm (12x12") square plate; an optional 400mm (16x16") plate increases lift capacity and adapts to different shapes, weights, and job requirements.

  • Ergonomic Design: The T-shaped handle (with remote on/off) plus a user-friendly pistol grip make the HIGH FLOW easy to use solo or in a team, reducing operator fatigue and improving accuracy during installation.

  • Digital Vacuum Pressure Display: Real-time PSI/BAR readout gives the user precise feedback on grip strength and vacuum effectiveness for the specific material at hand—critical for safety and efficiency.

  • Long-Lasting, Rechargeable Battery: Features a robust 20V Li-ion battery (two included in kit), providing hundreds of lifts per charge and ensuring all-day performance on any site.

  • Remote Control Capability: The included T-bar wired remote lets operators control vacuum start/stop from a standing position—ideal for laying pavers, stone, or large panels with a single hand or while kneeling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can it lift polished or non-porous materials?
A: Yes—swap the seal for a closed-cell foam, and the flow rate can be dialed to maximize suction for glass, smooth tile, and metals.

Q: Is the tool waterproof?
A: It’s built for tough jobsite use and occasional exposure but is not fully submersible; keep electricals dry during operation.

Q: How is capacity determined?
A: Lift capacity depends on suction plate size, seal quality, and surface texture. Always check LED pressure display and never exceed rated max for each plate.
