From the YT uploader: I realized using ad circular saw and diamond blade was the fastest, cheapest way to cut the tile, concrete and the wired mesh under the concrete. The best thing was I found a water leak from rain coming into the bathroom I would never have noticed if I didn't cut the concrete out. Cutting pieces into squares made it a clean job.
